We recently stayed at Vose Farm in Oak Cottage. The property was thoughtfully furnished and well equipped and absolutely spotless when we arrived. There are lovely views from the cottage over the beautiful grounds, wild life lake and surrounding countryside. There is a comfortable seating area in a private garden - perfect for Alfresco dining after you have had a cold beer from the new catering trailer that the owners have added. Phil and April have created a really special place. They are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. We would thoroughly recommend Vose Farm and hope to return but this time we'll bring a fishing rod!
"Just spent a great week in Willow Cottage at Vose Farm Holiday Cottages with my elderly mum who is 97 and uses a wheelchair. Great views over the Cornish countryside and the cottage is wonderfully clean and beautifully appointed, looks fantastic on the website and it lives up to it 100%. Highly Recommended."

We had an unplanned stay at Beech cottage as a result of a problem with another cottage we had booked nearby. Despite it being unplanned, we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here. The cottage was really nice and the owners gave us a warm welcome despite being given less than 24 hours notice of our stay. The setting for these cottages is very peaceful and we enjoyed walking around the grounds. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will certainly recommend to family and friends.
Second stay at Willow Cottage, and re-booked for next year (2018) Wonderful cottage in fantastic setting, Phil and April are amazing hosts, cannot fault them - or thank them enough for all they do This is without doubt one of the most excellent self catering properties we have ever had. Fifteen mins drive from St Austell, 5 mins from Tregony village - village store, Friday night chippy van, and incomparable Kings Arms Pub-top Sunday roast here, but all meals are exceptional-booking a must)- Or just 10 mins from the un-missable Lobb's farm shop at the Lost Gardens of Heligan, a visit here for local produce and truly wonderful meat, pies cakes bread etc is essential, and also you are close to the coast, villages and attractions all over the South West. Thank you to all at Vose Farm, especially Molly the 'Manager'! See you next year
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hazel cottage. The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings which provided a peaceful and relaxing holiday for us.
Whilst the cottage has been designed to cater for disabled guests ie. level access, walk in shower and wider doorways it maintains a cottage feel without being clinical.
Whilst Phil and April were on hand to help with any queries we had they were fully respectful of our privacy.
We would have no hesitation in staying at Vose Farm again and would recommend it to family and friends.

This is our second visit to Vose Farm Cottages, once in Oak Cottage and this year in Hazel Cottage. Both holidays exceeded our expectations; we thoroughly enjoyed the total experience. The cottages are beautiful and fully equipped. April and Phil are remarkable hosts, extremely welcoming and always on hand if required. The location is so peaceful, beautiful views, yet so close to many fabulous beaches, and other destinations. We would not hesitate to recommend Vose to anyone seeking a peaceful, relaxing holiday on the Roseland. Our grandchildren loved the play area and this year, Garth found the fishing to be fantastic.
